Storage advice

Preparation Murrukku Mix

  1. Take 200 grams of Aachi Murukku Mix and add 4 to 5 grams of ghee, 1 gram of black sesame seeds and 1 gram of Jeera (optional) and add the necessary water to the mix to make a soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough into equal parts.
  3. Now grease the murukku press and feed it with the divided dough.
  4. Heat oil in kadai (when a small part of the dough is dripped into the oil, the dough should immediately come to the surface of the oil, indicating that the oil is perfectly heated).
  5. Squeeze the dough with the required shape supplied with the press and bake until the color changes to golden brown.
  6. Place the Murrukku on kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.
  7. Now the tasty Aachi Murukku is ready to serve.
