Aachi Rava Dosa, also known as Rava Attu, is a South Indian crepe. Rava Dosa mix is a sour pancake mix with semolina and makes a very tasty and crispy semolina pancake which is perfect for a quick breakfast served with a chutney.

Semolina, rice flour, salt, cumin, black pepper, raising agent (E500(ii)) - sodium carbonate and acidity regulator (E296) - malic acid.

Preparation
Step 1: Leave 200 grams of Rava Dosa Mix in 500 ml of water for 5 to 10 minutes. Then add 1 tablespoon of sliced onion, 2 green chilies and a swirl of curry leaves. Let it work for another minutes.
Step 2: Put a dosa tawa (kind of frying pan) on the fire and grease it with a little oil. Pour a heaping ladle of the mix into the pan in a circular motion from the outside to the center of the pan. Pour a teaspoon of oil on the sides of the dosa. Bake the dosa until it is crispy golden brown.
Step 3: Serve the dosa with a chutney.
