Keep in a cool and dry place. After opening, transfer the contents to an airtight container.
Step 1: Leave 200 grams of Rava Dosa Mix in 500 ml of water for 5 to 10 minutes. Then add 1 tablespoon sliced onion, 2 green chillies and a sprinkle of curry leaves. Let this work for another minute.
Step 2: Put a dosa tawa (kind of frying pan) on the fire and spread it with a little oil. Pour a heaped tablespoon of the mix into the pan in a circular motion from the outside to the center of the pan. Pour a teaspoon of oil on the sides of the dosa. Fry the dosa until it is crispy golden brown.
Step 3: Serve the dosa with a chutney.
