With this Dosa Mix you can make dosas yourself in no time.
Just add water to the mix and make a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for a while to allow the flavors to develop, then fry thin, crispy dosas in a hot skillet. You can serve your dosas with a variety of side dishes such as chutneys, sambar (a spicy lentil soup) or even your choice of fillings such as potato masala.

Preparation Diet Dosa Mix
- Take 200g of Aachi Diet Dosa Mix with 360ml of water.
- Mix well and let the batter stand for 5 minutes.
- Heat the dosa tawa and pour a spoonful of batter on the dosa tawa.
- Pour 1 teaspoon of oil into the tawa and fry the dosa on both sides over medium heat.
- Serve the dosa hot with sambar or coconut chutney.
