Amla powder is a powerhouse of nutrients and it is rich in vitamin C, calcium and iron.
The Vitamin C in Amla is more easily absorbed by the body compared to store bought supplements. Mix two teaspoons of Amla powder with two teaspoons of honey and take it three to four times a day for instant relief when you have a cold or cough or consume it once a day for permanent protection.
Take it after breakfast and dinner.
Mix with water: 1 teaspoon with 100 ml of warm water and drink it after breakfast.
For best results: boil 1 teaspoon in 100 ml of water for 20 minutes. Then filter this through a sieve and drink it warm.
