Shatavari or Asian asparagus is a shrub that grows at an altitude of up to 1400 meters. It is a commonly used women's herb in Ayurveda. That is why it is also called the ginseng for women.

Shatavari is rich in galactose, arabinose, glycosides and saponin. Saponin has a structural relationship with sex hormones (phytoestrogen) and can act as a precursor to the human hormones in our body.
Take it after breakfast and dinner. To take full advantage of its positive effects, it should be taken daily.
Mix with water: 1 teaspoon with 100 ml of warm water and drink it after breakfast.
For best results: boil 1 teaspoon in 100 ml of water for 20 minutes. Then filter this through a sieve and drink it warm.
