Preparation

  1. Take 1 liter of water and the required amount of salt, soak the vermicelli in it.
  2. Let it soften for 2 minutes and drain the excess water.
  3. Do not soak it for more than 2 minutes, otherwise it may lose its structure.
  4. Then cook it in the steam for 8 minutes.
  5. Now the vermicelli is ready for your recipe.
  6. Heat enough oil in the frying pan and add mustard seeds, black lentils, onion, green peppers, enough salt, etc.
  7. Then add the cooked vermicelli to the pan and mix well for 3 minutes and serve hot.
