Storage advice
Store in a cool, dark and dry place. Once opened, transfer contents to an airtight container.
Preparation
- Add 4 cups of water to a cup of millet pongal mix.
- Cook it for 4 whistles in a pressure cooker.
- Add 2 tablespoons of ghee and 1 tablespoon of chopped ginger with green chili and curry leaves and stir well in a frying pan.
- Then mix it with prepared pongal and serve it with coconut chutney/sambar.
