Explanation of ingredients Egg Curry Masala

Coriander: the leaves have a lemony flavor, while the seeds have a slightly sweet, aniseed flavor.
Turmeric: spice extracted from the roots of Curcuma plant. It provides flavor and color in curry dishes.
Clove: gives a spicy and spicy taste to dishes.

Preparation Egg Curry Masala

  1. Boil 6 eggs.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 3 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes, green chilies and fry for 4 minutes.
  5. Now add 20 grams of Aachi Egg Curry Masala and cook until the oil starts to separate from the masala.
  6. Add 125 milliliters of water and salt and let it boil over medium heat.
  7. Add coconut paste until it has a thick consistency.
  8. Finally add the chopped boiled eggs.
  9. Now the tasty Aachi Egg Curry is ready to serve hot.
