Explanation ingredients
Cumin: gives a nutty and peppery taste to dishes. Can be used in, for example, curry or chili.
Asafoetida: devil's dung (a herbaceous plant). It has a beneficial effect and promotes digestion. It is an alternative to using onion and/or garlic in dishes.

Storage advice
Store in a cool and dry place. Can be stored up to 2 years after production date. After opening, transfer contents to an airtight container. Perishable after opening.
Preparation Pakora Mix
- Chop about 4-5 medium onions, 3-4 green chillies and chopped coriander and mix well.
- Add 200 grams of Pakora Mix to the onion mixture.
- Gradually add 150 ml of water, just enough to form a thick batter.
- Check for salt and fry it.
- Garnish with curry leaves and serve.
