Keep in a cool, dark and dry place. After opening, transfer the contents to an airtight container.
Boil the soy chunks in plenty of water for a few minutes. For example with a stock block or some nasi spices. Then let it soak for at least 20 minutes. Better still is to soak it all night. Then squeeze it, brown it nicely and add enough predominant seasonings. Make your (stir-fry) dish and add the soy chunks to it.
You can also add the soy chunks directly to a curry or pasta sauce, unsoaked, and let it simmer.
